GD-300MT  HTD & Vicat Softening Temperature Tester

  Introduction:  

GD-300MT Vicat Softening Point Tester is used to determine the HDT and VICAT softening point temperature of non-metal materials such as plastic, rubber, nylon, and electrically insulating materials. It is widely used in the chemical industry, R&D departments, and academies or colleges.

The machine uses an operating interface to monitor the test temperature in real-time, draw the curve of temperature and deformation in real-time, print the test report, and realize any point of the historical disk, mouse click deformation, and temperature curve. The interface automatically displays the amount of deformation and temperature values at the site. A high-precision displacement sensor(intelligent telemeter) is used to measure deformation.

Determination of temperature at softening point of thermoplastic Vicat: The temperature at which a standard pressure needle is inserted into the surface of a thermoplastic specimen at a depth of 1mm under a load condition is determined when the temperature is heated at a uniform rate.

Determination of thermal deformation temperature of plastic bending load: Determination of plastic specimen immersed in a suitable liquid heat transfer medium at an equal rate of warming. Under the action of a simple beam-type static bending load, the specimen bending deformation reaches the specified temperature.

Ultra intelligent design

After the input parameters and the sample are placed, the test is started. The meter will automatically clear zero. The instrument automatically balances the temperature and automatically begins to heat up. After the last sample is measured, the experiment will be automatically stopped and the data will be automatically recorded.

  Features:

Advanced PID algorithm and full photoelectric isolation phase modulation module are used to control the temperature rise, so as to ensure that the temperature rise rate error is less than 0.5 ℃.
