GD-UL94 Horizontal and Vertical Flame Tester

GD-UL94 Horizontal and Vertical Flame Tester is a test instrument for testing the combustion properties of plastics and non-metallic materials. It is applicable to the laboratory determination method of the burning properties of plastic and non-metallic materials in the horizontal or vertical direction under the condition of 50W flame.

Feature:

1. Steel structure box, the volume of the test box is greater than 0.75 m3, providing sufficient clean air for the test.

2. The inner wall of the large observation window is painted in dark color to observe the combustion state of the sample.

3. Conform to ASTM D5025 standard, and can produce 50W&500W flame as required by the standard.

4. The burner angle can be adjusted at 0, 20 and 45 degrees to meet the requirements of different test methods.

5. Equipped with stainless steel horizontal and vertical sample clamps, durable.

6. The inlet flowmeter is equipped to control the gas flow, and the inlet differential pressure metering is equipped to measure the back pressure of the burner.

7. Brand pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve are equipped to regulate the gas pressure, and solenoid valve is equipped to control the gas on/off to ensure the safety of equipment.

8. PLC+touch screen control, which can realize automatic control/detection/calculation/data storage

9. The test time and fire time can be set automatically, and the software can automatically time.
