Fire Resistance Tester for Valve
Introduction:
This product is designed and developed according to ISO10497 and JB/T6899 standards. It uses burners to simulate fire scenarios, and conducts fire resistance tests under load conditions on valve components for ships and similar purposes under internal pressure conditions.

Testing system
1. Use a booster pump to fill the test valve with a maximum pressure of 31.9MPa.
2. The pressure relief valve is set to 20°C which is 1.5 times the working pressure to prevent the test valve body from rupturing caused by vaporization and pressure increase.
3. Imported armored thermocouple can monitor the temperature of the fire zone to 760℃ within 2 minutes.
4. The average temperature of the thermocouple in the temperature measuring block reaches 650°C within 15 minutes.
5. DPT can accurately test the system pressure. Test accuracy: ±0.01 MPa.
6. Timing: 0~9999±0.1 seconds.
7. The test time can be set, the default is 30 minutes.
8. After the test, check the water level of the container and the drain pan to calculate the leakage of the test valve.
Control systerm
1. Computer control system, Labview test special software.
2. The test realizes intelligent control: automatic ignition and automatic flame adjustment. The test report is automatically saved and can be retrieved and printed freely.
3. Use laboratory development tools to design a simple graphical interface (GUI) operating environment for operators.
4. Real-time recording and saving of test data through automated control logic to facilitate test repeatability comparison.
5. Provide data analysis and test report format to meet customer requirements.
6. With replaceable burner, it can meet the test methods of three fire-fighting accessories.
7. The imported flow controller can automatically control gas and air, and the flow test range: 0-100L/min.
