Mining Cable Flame Resistant Apparatus MT386, MT 818
Introduction:
In the past 20 years of practice, coal mine cables have experienced an innovation from non-flame retardant to flame retardant, especially in the test methods and determination rules for the flame retardancy of coal mine flame retardant cables (MT 818-2009, MT 386- 2011), the flame retardant performance of coal mine cables has been effectively controlled and improved.
The mining cable flame resistant apparatus is manufactured according to the standard MT 386-1995 "Test Methods and Determination Rules for the Flame Retardancy of Coal Mine Flame Retardant Cables" and is used to test the combustion of MT 818-2009 "Coal Mine Cables" under overload conditions. Designed and manufactured based on characteristics. The outer shell of the test chamber is made of stainless steel plate, with beautiful color and high fastness. The upper and lower structure of the test chamber and electrical control system facilitates operation.
It is suitable for flame retardant testing of coal mine flame retardant cables, flame retardant cable joints and other flame retardant tests. Under high current operating conditions, when the cable core reaches 204°C, a flame of a certain intensity and a certain period of time is applied to the cable to determine the quality of the cable sheath and The equipment is developed based on the flame retardancy and high temperature resistance of the insulation material in this state.

Features:
Structural features:
1. The box body is made of sheet metal spray paint, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant; it has a large transparent observation window.
2. The internal tooling fixtures are all made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
3. Overall size: 1800*600*1870mm; greater than 0.5m³.
4. The brass burner has an inner diameter of ¢9.5±0.5mm, is about 102mm long, and has an air adjustment hole.
5. The height of the blowtorch is adjustable, and the angle of the blowtorch is 90°.
6. The combustion box is equipped with an exhaust device and a smoke exhaust port; the smoke will be discharged after the experiment is completed; (customers must provide their own exhaust ducts).
7. Equipped with a blowtorch lever, the blowtorch can be pushed and pulled freely.

1. Electronic high-voltage automatic ignition; automatic control of gas shutoff.
2. Flame height: adjustable.
3. Needle valve imported from Japan, accurately controls gas flow and flame height. The inner flame height is 75±5mm and the outer extension is 125±10mm.
4. Imported brand pressure gauges and pressure regulating valves accurately control gas pressure.
5. The blowtorch imported from the United States can accurately control the flame height and combustion heat.
6. The blowtorch can be freely evacuated from the sample burning area.
