Suitable for determining the foaming ratio and separation time of low-expansion foaming liquid.

Standard:

1 .Comply with the determination of "foaming multiple and 25% liquid extraction time of low-expansion foam liquid" in Section 5.8 of GB15308-2006 "Foam Fire Extinguishing Agents".

2 .Comply with Section 6.4.4.1 of GB19156-2019 "Fire Gun" "Determination of Foaming Multiple and Liquid Extraction Time";

3 .Comply with Section 6.20.2 of GB20031-2005 "General Technical Conditions for Foam Fire Extinguishing Systems and Components" "Determination of Foaming Multiple and Liquid Extraction Time".

4. Comply with the determination of Section 10.2 of UL162-2024 "Foam Equipment and Liquid Concentrates".

5 Comply with EN 1568-1 2018 "Fire extinguishing media -Foam concentrates - Part 1: Specification for medium expansion foam concentrates for surface application to water-immiscible liquids"

6 .Comply with NFPA 11-2024 "Standard for Low-, Medium-, and High-Expansion Foam" 3.Equipment compatibility description

The measuring device meets the requirements of multiple standards through the following designs:

1.Foaming multiple test: It uses a standard foam gun (such as PQ4/PQ8) and a measuring cylinder method, which meets the flow control and data acquisition requirements of ISO 7203-1 and EN 1568.

2.Liquid separation time measurement: The brass/stainless steel material of the liquid separation receiving tank and the automatic timing function meet the accuracy requirements of UL 162 and NFPA 11.

Pressure control:

The proportional control valve and electromagnetic flowmeter ensure stable liquid supply pressure (0.3–0.65 MPa), which is compatible with the test conditions of ASTM D1881.

Main technical parameters:

1 Composition: It consists of a low-multiple foam generation system, a standard foam gun, a low-multiple foam collector, and a low-multiple foam liquid analysis tester.

2 Low-multiple foam generation system: It consists of an air inlet pipe, a pressure-resistant storage tank, a pressure gauge, a foam liquid delivery pipe, and an adjustable bracket

3 Standard foam gun: When calibrated with water, at a pressure of (0.63±0.03)MPa, the water flow rate is (11.4±0.4)L/min

4 Low-expansion foam collector: made of stainless steel

5. Liquid analyzer: made of brass; calibrate the volume of the foam receiving tank with water to an accuracy of 1 mL

2 Thermometer: graduation value 1℃, mercury thermometer;

3 Measuring cylinder: 500mL, graduation value 10mL;
