Test product scope


Wall and Ceiling Materials: Wallpaper, wallboard, fiberboard, composite wall panels, plastic wall lining, paint-coated wall coverings.


Floor Coverings: Carpet, vinyl flooring, rubber flooring, wood flooring laminate, composite flooring.


Insulation Materials: Foam plastic insulation boards (such as polystyrene foam), mineral wool insulation, fiberglass insulation, polyurethane foam.


Roofing and Exterior Materials: Roofing membranes, waterproofing membranes, metal composite panels, exterior wall insulation systems, asphalt roof shingles.


Textile and Fabric Products: Curtain fabrics, interior fabric coverings, decorative fabric panels.


Composite and Laminated Materials: Laminated panels (such as high-density fiberboard), honeycomb composite panels, aluminum-plastic composite panels.


Pipe and Cable Materials: Plastic pipe insulation, cable sheathing materials.

Product Features


1. The chamber is constructed entirely of stainless steel, resisting corrosion and significantly extending the product's lifespan.


2. Two tempered glass doors, front and side, facilitate observation during testing.


3. Standard and wide stainless steel specimen clamps are available.


4. The ignition source can be positioned vertically or at a 45-degree angle, suitable for bottom and edge ignition.


5. The flame height is adjusted using a precision needle valve.


6. A flame height measurement device and a specimen distance gauge are provided.


7. The specimen holder can be mechanically moved up and down, as well as left and right.
