1.The wire and cable fire resistance,impact,water spray tester is developed and produced according to IEC 60331 BS6387 standards. It is used to test the integrity of the line when the flame temperature is not less than 830℃ and a certain impact vibration is applied. It can test the A, B, C, and D flame retardant properties of the cable.

The equipment processes the cable material through the Prius pipe furnace and determines the acidity of the gas generated during the combustion of the cable material by measuring the pH value and conductivity of the released gas, including the gas volume, pH concentration, conductivity, etc. of the hydrohalic acid.

3.The main principle of 3 meter cube smoke density tester measurement is that in a specific space, cables or materials generate smoke under specific combustion or radiation conditions. The light beam will attenuate after passing through the smoke. The light transmittance of the light beam is measured and the specific light density and smoke density are calculated.
