ASTM C518 High Precision Material Thermal Conductivity Tester (Plate Heat Flow Meter Method)


Introduction:

The internationally popular heat flow meter method is used to detect thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. It is equipped with a computer to realize fully automatic detection and generate experimental reports. The instrument adds a stable hot surface temperature to one side of the sample, and the heat is transferred to the cold surface through the sample. The transferred heat flow is measured to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. It uses imported sensors and computer technology, with good measurement accuracy, high reliability and good repeatability. It is particularly suitable for measuring low thermal conductivity (accurate to 0.1mw). It can be used for testing plastics, rubber, thermal insulation materials, aerogel boards, vacuum glass, etc., and is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines.
