Thermal Radiation Flame Propagation Tester NF P 92-501
Introduction:
Thermal radiation flame propagation tester provides performance evaluation of rigid and elastic materials with thicknesses greater than 5 mm. Thermal radiation flame propagation tester was developed according to the French building materials and railway vehicle flame retardant test standard NF P92-501. The principle of the test is to carry out 30KW/m2 heat radiation on the sample, which may cause the sample to volatilize the flammable gas and induce the combustion of the volatile gas. Testers observe the spread state of the flame and collect it through the combustion of the material. Evaluate the data for testing the exotherm. Suitable for radiation test methods for fire resistance performance of materials used in railway vehicles.

Main Feature:
1. Stainless steel test box, the inner wall is flame-resistant material, equipped with transparent observation window.
2. Stainless steel tubular air inlet device with filter device to shield indoor pollution source.
3. 45 degree test stand with stainless steel indicator rule to calculate flame spread distance.
4. Thermal radiation device can provide 30KW/m2 thermal radiant flux.
5. The power controller controls the radiation output and can adjust the radiant flux of the heat radiation device.
6. The panel displays the operating power value of the thermal radiation device, eliminating frequent calibration procedures.
7. Changming small flame device, easy to ignite the upper and lower burners before the test.
8. Quarter rotary plug device, easy to cut off the burner and ignite the flame.
9. Upper and lower stainless steel burners that ignite volatile flammable gases.
10. Needle valve can control the upper and lower burner flame height, equipped with flame height gauge.
11. Top and air inlet thermocouple monitor temperature, display temperature difference value status in real time.
12. Standard test software, which can automatically calculate the flame index, combustion index, etc.
13. Built-in test report, data can be output and printed.
