Product Introduction:
Designed according to GB/T19216.11-2003 (replacing GB12666.6) and IEC60331-11, this device is used to test the ability of wires and cables to operate continuously under specified conditions under a certain flame source and time. Key components are made of stainless steel, resistant to smoke and gas corrosion. The control system is highly automated, featuring automatic ignition, digital display of temperature and time, convenient observation and recording, and stable and reliable operation. The gas source for the test flame is propane or liquefied petroleum gas. This test apparatus is used for the following measurement conditions: when the flame temperature reaches at least 750°C, testing the circuit integrity of cables exposed to the flame.

Structural Features:
1. Stainless steel frame structure; aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant;
2. All tooling and fixtures are made of stainless steel;
3. The burner is a ribbon propane gas torch with a Venturi mixer, nozzle length 500mm, width 15mm, equipped with a Venturi mixer;
4. Three rows of staggered combustion holes, burner front width: 15mm; hole diameter: 1.32mm; hole center distance: 3.2mm;
5. Two rows of guide holes are provided on each side of the nozzle plate to maintain flame combustion;
6. A clamp is installed at one end of the sample holder to fix the sample, and the other end facilitates heat transfer along the longitudinal direction of the sample;
7. The cable sample is supported by two metal rings, with a middle length of approximately 300mm;
8. The inner diameter of the metal ring supporting the sample is 150mm, and the ring cross-sectional diameter is 10±2mm;
9. The burner torch is positioned at least 200mm from the bottom of the combustion chamber and at least 300mm from the chamber wall; 10. The horizontal axis of the burner torch should be 70±10mm from the bottom of the cable sample, and the vertical axis of the torch should be approximately 45mm from the vertical axis of the cable;
