      The fully intelligent projector is developed based on the measurement requirements of cable cross-section dimensions of various structures in standards GB/T2951.11-2008 and IEC60811-1-1-2001. Relying on image acquisition and picture processing technology, the product achieves fast and accurate measurement. The instrument integrates 5-20 million pixel industrial cameras, telecentric lenses, supporting algorithm software and flat red light sources, and can measure the inner diameter, outer diameter, minimum/maximum/average thickness, eccentricity and other data of various types of cable insulation and sheath cross-sections.

     To ensure image acquisition accuracy and measurement repeatability, this instrument uses 3 sets of industrial lenses to help this product achieve a measurement indication accuracy of 0.01mm.
