Product Description
The horizontal and vertical burning test device for wires and cables is designed and produced according to UL1581. It is used to conduct 1060 vertical burning and FT1 tests, 1061 cable burning test, 1080VW-1 (vertical sample) burning test, 1090 horizontal sample burning test for electrical wires and cables, and 1100 horizontal sample/FT2 burning test on finished wires, cables or cords, so as to evaluate the ability of wires, cables or cords to spread flames to nearby combustible materials when they catch fire.

• Plastic spray box, electrolytic plate electrostatic spraying, beautiful appearance, anti-rust and anti-corrosion. The interior is electrostatically baked black paint.
• A powerful exhaust and smoke exhaust device is installed on the top. When the test is completed, it is opened at the same time as the air supply system to discharge the exhaust gas to the outside; during the test, this system is closed.
• A tempered glass observation window that can be sealed during the test is installed on the front of the box, which is convenient for observing the test situation.
• An operating hole is opened below the glass observation window, which is equipped with sealed gloves. The operator uses the sealed gloves to operate the combustion blowtorch.
•Thermal sensor (copper conduit and thermocouple) - The conduit structure should be electrolytic copper with extremely high conductivity. The length is 19.14±0.02mm
•The digital temperature meter matches the imported K-type thermocouple. The reading is greater than 1000℃.
•The whole test system is: movable, and it is placed in the test chamber for temperature measurement.
•Main fixtures: test bracket and combustion torch
•The flame height is easy to adjust, the total height of the gas flame is 125±10mm, the blue inner flame height is 40±2mm; the flame test angle is 0~45 adjustable.
•Special gas flow meter + imported needle valve accurately controls the gas flow.
•Brand pressure gauge and regulating valve; working gas pressure 69~138 Kpa

•Test bracket: Made of stainless steel, divided into horizontal bracket and vertical bracket independent type, namely FT1, FT2, VW-1 three specifications. The vertical bracket and the plane where the torch is located are parallel to the plane of the observation window, which is convenient for observation and operation.
•High-voltage electronic automatic ignition system, and safety protection system that automatically cuts off the gas source
•Wedge bracket: Add a wedge, the torch is required to be installed on the wedge, and can be easily moved, and can be accurately moved back to the specified position.
