Introduction:
Single wire and cable tilting flame tester
Single wire and cable tilting flame tester is used to performance assessment of cable under fire conditions. It is genarally appllicable to road vehicles 60V and 600V single core wire tilt anti-retardant standard, horizontal flame-resistant time standard, and international automotive cable standards of low-voltage cables for automobiles unshielded hotizontal flame test methods.

Test method:
Fix the two terminals of the sample into a metal sleeve with three metal plate sides. Determine the resistance to flame propagation using a Bunsen burner filled with the appropriate gas, the burner tube has an inner diameter of 9 mm, and the flame temperature at the tip of the inner blue cone should be (950±50) °C. This test is designed to verify that the cable should not burn.
Main feature:
1) Metal cover: the electric control box and the metal cover are integrated, and the material is SUS304 stainless steel;
2) Combustion blowtorch: Imported American blowtorch, the inner diameter of the combustion port is 9mm, The height of the flame is 100 mm, and the length of the inner blue flame cone is 50 mm;
3) When the set burning time reaches the preset time, the machine will stop automatically;
4) Ignition is automatic high-voltage ignition;
5) Rotameter: 0.16L～1.6L/min.
