OSU Heat Release Rate Test Apparatus

Product Description

OSU Heat  Release Rate Test Apparatus

Overview

The original design of the OSU thermal release rate was completed in 1972 by Smith of Ohio State University, and later became FAA designated burning test instruments. It is used for thermal release rate detection of aviation materials, and the test standards are Far Part 25 APPENDIX F PART IV, Airbus Aitm 2.0006, Boeing BSS 7322.

Product Description

Application: OSU Heat release rate appratus is used to measure whether the material in the aircraft can to withstand the accident 35 kW/m2 radiation thermal intensity, which meets the FAR25.853 standard. The laboratory, control units, and data collection and analysis software during the instrument research and development process are based on the fifth chapter of the Federal Aviation Bureau's fire test manual. It mainly has three parts: test box, control unit, and data receiving and processing software.

Main feature:

1. Stainless steel combustion test cavity, contains high -temperature glass observation windows.

2. The thermal radiation source is 4 Glowbars heating rods, which can provide 35kW/m2 thermal radiation flux.

3. Two independent PID temperature controllers are used for heating temperature control.

4. Equipped with automatic pneumatic sample promotion device and shielding door device.

5. Equipped with the upper burner and the mobile lower part.

6. The rotor flow meter can be used to regulate the gas flow of the upper and lower burningrs.

7. Equipped with mobile T -type calibrator and flow controller.

8. Quality flow controller is automatically applied to the temperature calibration of thermal power heap.

9. Water -cooled heat flow measurement is measured by fire surface thermal radiation, equipped with cooling methods.

10. The airflow temperature control device can provide constant temperature and constant airflow for the test warehouse.

11. Use the pore board flow meter to measure the flow pressure in the test warehouse.

12. Equipped with data collection system and thermal release standard testing software.
