Introduction:
Multi-function combustion tester is mainly used to test the flammability of vertical textiles and the edges and bottoms of the components. It can also detect the flame retardant properties of fabrics and fabric combinations for pajamas, curtains and curtains, and protective clothing fabrics. It meets the requirements of many domestic and foreign testing standards.
Standard:
ISO 6940: Vertical flammability performance of vertical samples
ISO 6941: Vertical Vertical specimen flame spread performance
ISO 15025: Protective clothing insulation and fire-retardant properties
Main Feature:
1. The Vertical Flame Tester consists of a test flame, burner, time recording device, and control cabinet.
2. The tester is separated to the test frame and control cabinet to obtain a safety and flexible installation.
3. The test frame is stainless steel made, and the sample holder is copper made.
4. Standard burner, equips with spark ignitor and angle turning device, automatic turn to 0, 45, 90 degrees.
5. Flame apply time is adjustable and auto cut off.
6. Time recording device, auto record the time of flame spread to 1st, 2nd, 3rd line.
7. Equip with PLC controller and English interface.
8. Multiple test mode is available , such as ISO 6941, ISO 15025, ECE R118.
