Molten Metal Drop Impact Performance Tester, ISO 9150 EN 348
Product Description
Molten Metal Drop Impact Performance Tester, ISO 9150 EN 348
Introduction:
Molten metal drop impact performance tester is developed according to the EN 348 and ISO 9150 test standards, and meets the domestic GB 8965.2 "Welding Protective Clothing" and GB/T 17599-1998 "Determination of the impact resistance to molten metal" test standards requirements. The test principle is to use a welding gun to melt the wire rod, and when the droplets cause the temperature of the calorimeter on the back of the fabric to rise by 40℃, measure the number of falling molten metal droplets.
Standard:
ISO 9150:1988 CSN EN 348:1992 GB 8965.2:2009,GB/T 17599:1998
Main technical features:
1. Molten metal drop impact performance tester includes burner, sample frame, welding rod drive device, burner flow controller, human-computer interface display device, etc.
2. The oxyacetylene torch is used to melt the metal strip, and the diameter of the welding tip is (1.2±0.1) mm.
3. The stepper motor is used to drive the metal strip, and the running speed of the metal strip can be set.
4. Melt drop guide mechanism is with high-temperature anti-stick guide groove, the angle is 45 degrees.
5. Fabric temperature sensor device is used to measure the temperature rise on the back of the sample.
6. The counterweight copper hammer device is used to set the fabric pretension to 175g±0.5g.
7. The temperature rise data can be automatically recorded, and the number of melt drops is recorded by the tester.
