The mattress and sofa ignition resistance tester is developed and manufactured in accordance with "GB/T 17927-2011 Upholstered Furniture - Evaluation of the ignition resistance of mattresses and sofas".
It simulates cigarettes and matches as the ignition source of the flame to test the ignition resistance characteristics of upholstered furniture and evaluate it.
It is suitable for testing and evaluating the ignition resistance properties of soft furniture such as mattresses and sofas in public places, and the ignition resistance properties of furniture soft packages.
Feature:
Test box and sample seat part
1. The sample support is made of stainless steel plate and is corrosion-resistant.
2. Independent gas control cabinet.
3. Sample support size: backrest frame: size 450mm X 300mm, chair and table frame 450mm
4. Sample support 1: Backrest frame: size 450mm X 450mm, chair table frame 450mm X300mm. (optional)
5. Equipped with metal needles for passing cigarettes.
6. The diagonal length of the steel wire mesh is 28mm.
Butane flame control system
1. Independent gas control box, size: 570*400*420mm.
2. The imported gas flow meter accurately displays the gas flow rate 0~500ml/min. (used for flame control of fire sources 1, 2, and 3).
3. The system’s 1-hour timeout reminder function.
4. The imported needle valve accurately controls the gas flow rate.
5. The burner is made of stainless steel, with an outer diameter of 8mm±0.1mm, an inner diameter of 6.5mm±0.1mm, and a length of 200±5mm.
6. The burner angle can be adjusted horizontally and vertically.
7. Imported gas pressure regulating valve.
8. Precision gas pressure gauge.
9. Equipped with timer accuracy of 1s.
10. The test is carried out in an environment with an ambient temperature of 10.0℃~30.0℃ and a relative humidity of 15.0%~80%.
Note: Customers need to prepare gas by themselves.
