Introduction:

Halogen, PH & Conductivity tester is designed and manufactured according to the test method GB/T 17650 IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2, used to test the content and pH value (content of hydrogen ions) of halogen gas released by wires and cables during combustion , conductivity, etc.

Main Features:

1. Activated carbon (air filtration): filter the air source through the filter.

2. Silica gel (air dry): a device for drying the air source;

3. Flowmeter: adjustable from 0.1 to 1L/min, a device to control the flow of gas source.

4. Thermocouple: K-type high temperature resistant stainless steel thermocouple 0～1300℃.

5. Quartz tube: φ40mm×800mm .

6. Magnetic stirrer: a stirrer for mixing combustion gases in distilled water.

7. pH meter: a device used to measure pH acidity (Lei magnetic).

8. Conductivity meter: an instrument used to measure the conductivity of combustion gas (lightning magnet).

9. 7″ color touch screen and PLC and PID automatic calculation module to control the temperature of the heating furnace.

10. Mode conversion can satisfy both test methods.

11. Heating furnace: φ220mm×600mm, effective heating space φ43×550mm, power 4KW.

12. Washing bottle: 2 500ml straight tube washing bottles, 1 2L measuring cup.
