Product introduction

The SBI test, or single combustion test, is a method standard newly announced and implemented by the European Union to evaluate the combustion characteristics of materials. This standard uses the same principle as the corner fire test and the cone calorimeter, and the test scale is between the two. The SBI test measures the changes in oxygen concentration during the test, as well as indicators such as the smoke flow rate and CO2 concentration in the pipeline, and calculates the heat release rate at a certain moment, and then measures the maximum value of the heat release rate and time quotient during the test, which is the FIGRA index of the heat release rate. This index is used to classify the flame retardant properties of building materials.

Features

The test equipment includes a combustion test room, a control room, a trolley, a smoke exhaust pipe, a data collection and analysis device, and a gas supply control device.

1. Combustion test room: L3000*W3000*H2400 (MM), there is a gas hood and exhaust pipe connected to the sampling pipe on the top of the room, and there is a space for natural air in and out under the trolley. During the test, the heat released by the combustion of the sample and the combustion products must be discharged from the exhaust pipe. Made of brick walls.

2. Ignition source, a 31KW propane right-angle sandbox burner (side length 250MM and height 80MM) placed in the vertical corner of the trolley.

3. A comprehensive sampling area is set in the exhaust pipe for placing sensors and sampling tubes.

4. Smoke exhaust speed: 0.50 cubic meters/S~0.65 cubic meters/S.

5. Indoor ambient temperature measurement: K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 1MM, ambient pressure test: ±200Pa.

6. Exhaust duct temperature measurement: imported K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 0.5.

7. Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.5℃.
