Building Materials Difficult Flammability Tester, GB/T 8625 DIN 4102-15
Product Description
Building Materials Difficult Flammability Tester, GB/T 8625 DIN 4102-15
Difficult-flammability of building materials tester meets the technical indicators and requirements stipulated in the national standard GB/T 8625-2005. It is suitable for the determination of the flame retardancy of building materials, mainly used in the construction industry or quality supervision departments. It is suitable for judging whether building materials are flammable. All materials that pass the combustion furnace test and can pass the flammability test of building materials can be designated as flammable building materials.
The complete set of equipment includes a combustion shaft furnace, test equipment, calibration device, data acquisition device and standard test software that meet the requirements of the building material flame retardancy test method.
Standard:
GB/T 8625 Test method of difficult-flammability for building materials
DIN 4102-15
Main Features :
▪ 1. The combustion shaft furnace is composed of a combustion chamber, a burner, a sample holder, an air stabilization layer, and a flue; ▪ 2. The size of the combustion chamber is 800 mm * 800 mm * 2000 mm, and the furnace wall is an insulating interlayer structure;
▪ 3. Combustion is porous and composed of a 200 mm*200 mm rectangle, the inner diameter of a single
the nozzle is 3.5 mm, and the outer diameter is 4.5 mm;
▪ 4. The size of the sample bracket is 380 mm*380 mm*1000 mm made of stainless steel;
▪ 5. The sample support is a rectangular frame, and the four sides of the frame are provided with screws for adjusting the installation distance of the sample;
▪ 6. The air stabilization layer is a square frame made of angle steel, which is set under the burner;
▪ 7. The flue of the combustion shaft furnace is a square channel, located on the top of the furnace, the lower part communicates with the combustion chamber, and the upper part does not connect with the
external chimney;
▪ 8. The lower part of the furnace body inputs air at a constant rate and temperature so that a uniform airflow is formed in the combustion chamber;
▪ 9. The test equipment of the combustion shaft furnace includes mass flow controllers, thermocouples, temperature display instruments, and furnace pressure measuring devices;
▪ 10. The pressure in the furnace is (-15±10) Pa;
▪ 11. The temperature of the flue gas flow and the temperature of the furnace wall is measured by imported omega K-type armored thermocouples;
▪ 12. For the flue part, a T-shaped furnace pressure-measuring tube is set up from the flue wall, and the imported micro-pressure difference sensor is connected, and can communicate through computer software;
▪ 13. The calibration device includes a thermal load calibration device and an air uniformity test device;
▪ 14. The air uniformity test device includes a hot-wire anemometer with a range of 0-10m/s and an accuracy of 0.1m/s;
▪ 15. Before the test, the temperature of the furnace wall should be: (40±5)°C
▪ 16. During the test, the airflow with a flow rate of (10±1) m 3 /min and a temperature of (23±2)°C should be maintained in the shaft furnace;
▪ 17. Mass flow meter controls the gas flow, computer data acquisition system, and standard test software.
