Building Material Radiation Panel Test Machine AS 1530.3
Product Description
Building Material Radiation Panel Test Machine AS 1530.3
Introduction:
According to the requirements of AS 1530.3-1999, it is used to evaluate the flame retardant properties of building materials or composite structures under certain flame conditions by judging their flame diffusion properties, heat release and smoke production.
Model: GD-AS1530-3
Reference Standard:
▪ AS 1530.3-1999
Main features:
1. All structural components are made of stainless steel, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
2. The lining material of the test smoke pipe is made of a plate (calcium + silicate), with a thickness of 13±1mm and a nominal density of 650kg/m3.
3. Place the test smoke pipe 900mm above the center line of the radiation panel.
4. The radiant heat source is an inflatable plate, placed vertically facing the sample. The thermal radiant panel produces a radiant energy flow with heat between 10.9 kW/m2 and 1.1 kW/m2. It can reach 900 degrees Celsius. The security blocking function should be included.
5. The United States imported heat meter measuring range of 20KW/m2.
6. The diameter of the ignition tube is 6mm, 15mm away from the front of the sample, and 50mm on the center line.
7. The maximum temperature of the radiation panel is 900℃.
8. The sample frame is composed of 100x50 wooden strips.
9. The diameter of the auxiliary burner tube is 6mm, the inner diameter is 4mm, and the distance from the front of the sample is 15mm.
10. Import flow control valve, accurate control of propane flow 0.026±0.002L/s.
11. The United States imported a calorimeter, measuring range 20KW/m2.
12. The sample frame is moved to the gear drive, firm and reliable, and the large hand wheel is convenient to operate.
13. Import flow control valve, accurate control of propane flow 0.026±0.002L/s.
Test result
• The critical heat flow (CHF) Kw/m2 of the flame propagation length transformer can be observed by the heat flow line speed test.
• If the sample is tested for more than 30 minutes, the extinguishing time and the fastest spreading speed of the flame can be recorded, and then converted into a critical heat flow rate.
