  This device is designed and developed according to the international standards ISO 8302 and ASTM C177, as well as the national standard "GB10294-2008 Regulations for the Measurement of Thermal Conductivity of Plate Materials by the Guarded Hot Plate Method". It is a wide temperature range thermal conductivity measuring device. It is widely used in the laboratory to measure the thermal conductivity of plate-like insulation materials (glass wool, rock wool, slag wool, aluminum silicate wool, microporous calcium silicate, alumina ceramics, aerogel felt and products). It has been put on the market for many years and has been recognized by the majority of users. The test method of this thermal conductivity meter product is scientific, rigorous and accurate. The control acquisition software system interface is beautiful and fully functional. It adopts artificial intelligence control algorithm, and the control accuracy can reach 0.01℃. The whole system has detection and protection functions. All test users only need to load and unload the test materials, and the rest can be handed over to the computer.

  At present, the average test temperature of the double-specimen thermal conductivity test device we produce reaches 800℃ (the hot surface temperature can reach 815℃). At present, similar double-plate thermal conductivity meters rarely reach a test temperature of 800℃. The device has a reasonable structure, thus ensuring the accuracy of the equipment: for example, the use of thermopile, main furnace loop thermal bridge, and protective heat sleeve are rarely used in similar equipment at present, so the measurement accuracy and repeatability of our high-temperature thermal conductivity instrument are guaranteed. High measurement temperature: It is understood that the average test temperature of GHP protective hot plate method thermal conductivity instrument equipment rarely exceeds 300℃, and our protective hot plate method thermal conductivity instrument has reached 815℃. In the comparison test with similar foreign thermal conductivity instrument products, the data is consistent, the fitting equation deviation is small, and it has been highly recognized by users.
